Class Action Suit Needed Against Dish Network

I have been a dish customer for 18 months, all my charges are paid with autopay. I was a very good customer. For the past 6 month i have had a continuing receiver problem, constant loss of signal and error codes.
I have called dish on many occasions after many calls they sent a new receiver, i followed the enclosed directions to install the receiver and it did not work, had to call support. Support was able to help they were very friendly.

After a few weeks the problem came back, i called again many times, also spent many hours on phone. I told customer service this could not continue happening, i told them it did not looked like a receiver problem, because of the constant error codes and that two different receives having the exact same error codes.
They explained they would send another receive, i begged them that they needed to troubleshoot this problem further.

Eventually i had to give in since they did not want to listen to reason. I told them i would cancel service if the new receiver did not fix problem. The new receiver arrived and I installed it, I had a hard time getting the receive authorized even with help from tech support. Of course about 2 days later the problem came back after many times calling dish and spending countless hours with support and my remote and several days with no service I decided to cancel service.

Installed in 4 days, to my shock when i called to cancel I was told that there would be a 240 dollar termination fee. When I asked to speak to a supervision I was put on hold several times and disconnected. My fee was reduced to 70 dollars a which time I ask for the fee to be canceled completely, the supervisor told me no and if i could not agree to this he was ending the call and I would be receiving a bill if I cancelled.

He could care less about poor service, I told him after 6 months of poor service and many calls no one ever said they had a house call service which I would have gladly paid for. It seems dish is only interested in your money and could care less about there loyal customers. I agree with another post on this site "does anyone know of a class action lawsuit lawer" it would be great to make dish managers behave as normal human beings instead of rude individuals.

Last week dish sent me notice they were suing me if i did not pay there bill of 195 dollars, i again call dish and explained situation they asked me if i returned equipment i told them its boxed up waiting for them to tell me where to send and they told me i had to returm lmb also and they would sent box, it took over week to send box two days before thanksgiving it arrived, it has rained all week and was unable to climg up on roof to retrive dish lmb. I received call today that they are turning me over to collection agency. Can anyone help us. Please contact me if you want to start a class action or if there is one in progress that i can join.
