David's Bridal online is horrible. They have no customer service or even a phone number for assistance. I've searched and searched online and you can email them only. I did get a manager at my local store to give me a phone number, but you can only leave a message.
I have contacted them via email over and over and I have only gotten one response from them and no follow up from there. Once you order online you have 14 days to request a return. I ordered my product and shortly thereafter got an email stating they were having problems with their website. I tried to request a return (just needed to exchange for a different size) and their website was down every time I tried. I sent numerous emails stating that I needed to exchange before my 14 days was up and I got one response (from Cynthia M). I emailed her back and never heard from her. I've emailed her about 5 times and I've emailed customer service and I've never gotten a response from anyone. I've called the customer service line but you can only leave messages and no one has called me back. I think this is really unfair selling practices and I think they need to offer some type of customer service considering the type of items they sell and the urgency of brides. I will never order anything from them again will not refer anyone there either. I'd like this resolved.
