Today I recieved a notice from Capital One stating that they are raising my APR from 4.40% to 29.4%. I have NEVER been late making a payment, and have always paid MORE than the minimun due when possible. Some way to treat their loyal customers. Why should people that are customers in good standing have to get stuck with a higher APR because Capital One are greedy bastards? And plus the way that its send out, it almost looks like junk mail, and Im sure some people are not reading it and throwing it away. I called to cancel my card after recieving this rediculous notice and did not speak to one person. All automated. Pretty bad when you gotta make that an option. I will NEVER get another capital one card again. Im done.
