Capital One is using "unfair practice" in charges of $39.00 for annual fee, on a Platinum Card, after upgrade.
After my card was upgraded to a Platinum Credit Card for good standing, Capital One continues to bill me $39.00, I call them and they will "not "remove the charges, stating that the regular card at the beginning on signing with capital one will continue in effect. Which means as long I am a customer with them my annual fee will always be there. My other credit cards have no annual fees!
I will stay with my other C.C. I look forward in closing the Capital One account in the near future!
This is a unfair practice and is a way to Rip-off people!
When you go on line and check the cards they offer,
It states no annual fee for A "Platinum Card.". When I inquired, they claim its only for new Customers. So its like, lets forget the old good standing customers!
I look forward in closing this account in the future, and never use there Services again or, recommend it to family and friends. I will try in letting people
know how horrible this Capital One practice is ripping off their customers!
Rip-Off. As I have. I learned my lesson on this one.
