I signed up through a survey for coffee, 2 mugs/2travel mugs. $5 sign up fee. I hadn't even received my coffee and I was charged $25, on 2/21/09 and then another charge of $38.95 on 2/24/09. I received a call from my bank card of suspicious activity on my card. I closed my card right away. I called and placed a complaint with SeattleCoffee Direct.com, spoke with the manager. I am mailing back the unopened coffe/and mugs/travel mugs. It will cost me $15 through UPS to mail back, in addition to going to my back to open up a new card.
