Promised Refund Not In Sight!

Like Everyone Else, I signed up through a survey for coffee, 2 mugs/2 travel mugs. $5 sign up fee.
Before I even received my coffee and I was charged $38.95 on my credit card plus the $5 fee for them shipping the package. I immediately took out my free mugs and sent the coffee back to them.

Upon returning the package of un-opened coffee to them, I called on March 23, and was told my package was "in house" and I would receive my refund in 7-10 bus days by "Ralph".

After the 7-10 bus days I then made another call on April 1st 2009 to check on why I had not received my refund and spoke with "Marlene" who said it takes 7-13 bus days and she wasn't sure why "Ralph" would tell me that.

On April 16 I called once again and spoke with "Angelina" who said there had been an error in processing and I was told another 7 bus. Days.
On April 28 (today) I called and asked for a manager and was cut off and when I called back I got "Angelina" once again. She forwarded my call to a manager named "Kim" who said I would have my refund in 48- 72 hours.

I gave up and reported them to the BBB. Don't think they'll get anything more than myself but what the heck!
