This is without a doubt the most unscrupulous company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They were presented as a choice of venders to solicit to obtain a free version of a software program. The teaser was that they offered a 5 for 5 deal which included coffee, two mugs, and two travel mugs for $25.
The name of the company initially was Metro Coffee Roasters. Their agreement stated that they would continue to send coffee on an approximately semi-monthly basis. Within 13 days they charged me four different times a total of $142 as three different companies. The other two companies they parade as are Bellezza and Seattle Coffee Direct. The only reason I can imagine that they would operate under three different company names is to bypass any instructions that may have been given to your financial institution to disallow any transactions from that particular company.
Their only saving grace was that when I called to cancel they didn't give me any grief and I haven't seen any more charges to my account. Dealing with these people was truly a case of buyer beware.
