I spoke with Alex Kaliakmanis, president of PCA in November. He said he has done Live Transfers of Reverse Mortgage clients before. I went ahead and agreed to give him a shot, sent him around $900 for a 30 client live transfer try. I sent a script for his people to use as they were speaking to clients on the phone. I gave Alex a schedule to transfer these leads to me and the only transfers I received in a 2 month period was non interested people & a message from one of his people that I needed to call the client the next day because they couldn't talk at that time. It turns out that they are cold calling from some list and trying to just "transfer" the lead, that in their mind constitutes a "lead" and they count that to get paid.
I never even got that, I tried patiently to work with these jack-asses and they never return calls and they send emails saying they will handle things and things never get handled. They simply took my money and now won't call me back for a refund. See the sequence of events by email I had to go thru:

It seems like the transfers are taking place just so the company can receive its pay per lead. Its not fair to me at all getting transfers that absolutely are not interested from the get go.
This is simply just wasting my time and money. We need to get on track with real leads and not some cold call that will not convert to an app. I can buy leads from a Reverse Mortgage lead company and call them and get applications on the first call at least 20% of the time.
Can you get leads that are actually wanting to talk to someone about getting a Reverse Mortgage? Please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss, thanks.

As you can see on the report, this has been a non-success. I have received one live transfer in the past month. It wasn't actually a live transfer, I had to call her back and she wasn't interested. I looked over the agreement I sent to you, (I still haven't received a signed copy from you). You refuse to return my calls and discuss this.
I would like to cancel your services due to a simple lack of success in any way, shape or form. I paid for live transfers and It was under the understanding of getting them in the month of January, not an open ended campaign. Please let me know about a refund.
I would like to get this settle today. I am going thru this with another lead company and I am considering speaking to my attorney on my options. I have put out some good money with no return on my investment on either company.
I would like to settle this amicably, but for some reason, I haven't gotten a return call or email from you on my first email I sent last week regarding cancellation.
Please let's wind this down so I can move on. Thanks in advance for your response.

I also have a cousin who tried this service for Insurance leads and after sent his money to PCA, they have never called him back, ever!
