I put an order with Character's Tastes on the internet in August. I never obtained a verification from their store they obtained the purchase therefore per week later I put the purchase again from storage (somewhat diverse when I could not remember precisely what I attempted to-order the very first time). That point I obtained a verification by mail. $160 value of product. It came 3 months later... Slow, slow, and slowest. Exposed the container and proceeded to smell the tastes, only 50% of that actually resembled the taste these were designed to represent. Others were down completely. That will have now been the finish of it, BUT 14 days later another container comes on my doorstep. Of weird items that was the very first purchase coming that I acquired no verification of. After I named to protest that I had a need to return this container due to their pcis error, I had been handled very rudely and informed I'd have to deliver it back (charging me more income) which there is a 25% restocking charge. A restocking charge due to their error I would include. I attempted to cause using the organization to no avail. I then proceeded to document a challenge with my charge card company, who quickly flung it back at me to solve the challenge using the company, who had been not prepared to solve it. Ultimately I'd to deliver the container back, charging me $18, subsequently using the 25% restocking charge it charge me another $52, complete price of $70 for nothing. $160 for purchase I obtained and held (truly poor tastes and so I should not have stored it, but did not desire to be out ANOTHER $70 for nothing, though I truly am when I cannot stay consuming them).
Complete garbage company. Deceptive advertising on tastes which are clearly incorrect. Sneaking support with 3-5 months delay to actually obtain product that'snot worth getting into the finish. Client service, sorry, what client service? One-woman replies the telephone and there does not be seemingly other people you are able to speak with. I believe this can be a household procedure that requires to become sealed completely. Beware to others, it is a costly training but I'll NEVER PURCHASE FROM THAT HORRIBLE COMPANY AGAIN.
