Don't purchase from their store

I put a purchase on 12-5-09 for 12-08-09 delivery they have a free shipping in this specific container. I obtained 2 verification email, on 12-07-09 at 7:21 pm i obtained a phone from their store stating that I've to pay for a $65.00 cost for delivery easily need my container to become delivery NOT ON 12-08-09 but is likely to be delivery on 12-10-09, i request the mgr how im gonna be compensative

For that inconvidence and his solution was I WILL REFUND THE MONEY TODAY AND CANCEL THE SHIPPING, i questioned him where's the client support satisfation and he explained he don't need to supply that he require is just a yes or number for that Shipping charge. I stop the purchase and certainly will never purchase again from their website. It had been my girlfriend bday which mean alot in my experience to possess that container delievery exactly the same day of his bday.
