I Pre-requested 2 (two) copies of GTA IV on 4/25/08. Taken care of overnight delivery, Purchase quantity 4080425104879620.
Purchase was delivered on 4/28/08. Acquired one copy on 4/29/08. Named to record this on 4/29/08 and Cust Company stated that they just delivered one copy.
After not reading back from their store or having obtained supply of the 2nd backup, I approached their Cust Service division again on 5/1/08. Once they got around to responding on 5/4/08, this time was informed they delivered two copies. Additionally they stated they'd document a study with advantages. I told them when the Next 50% of my purchase wasn't shipped overnight by close of company following day (5/5), that I needed a reimbursement for that products not delivered, plus delivery modifications.
They replied again on 5/6/08 and reiterated that their records now show that two copies were sent and that their investigation would take 8 to 10 business days, which had they kept their word, would have been on or around May 20th.
Three months after their last communication, I still hadn't noticed from their store, and so I requested for that standing of the analysis. What I received was this bullshit.

And So I named last Thursday 6/5/08 and talked to a Customer Service Rep. He was unable to help me, took my name, and return number, and told me I'd be approached within 24 hours. Today is 6/9/08.
Fuck ebgames and gamestop.
I've provided them lots of company through the years. They'll never notice another cent from me. Not online. Not physical. They've shot towards the very peak of my shit list.
