I store with Mentor and awful lot.in the last many years I obtained excellent customer support until lately. Today I simply requested a purse, taken care of 1 pm overnight shipping $30.00 so when I named the 888-262-6224, they inform me that I'll not understand this 24 hours later. I ask why, they stated since r purchase wasn't positioned at 1pm. I informed her yes, I did so. I actually named the shop to verify.
I expected to talk to a boss/director and that I get Christine Bennette, who informs me that I'm not able to get my purchase which was positioned 12pm on Thursday, friday. I informed her I established using the shop plus they did the 1pm overnight. She stated nicely we're unable to do something, we didn't obtain it promptly below and it's really prepared to be delivered and it's really about the vehicle. Though she can't provide me a tracking number. I informed her I talked towards the supervisor in the shop and he described I really could request saturday shipping and he or she stated that due to problems previously they have fixed, I'd struggle to understand this completed. Ok so due to problems they fixed simply because they confused previously, they're not able to repair this problem? How can this seem sensible. They created another mistake and that I need to purchase their error??? I'm really confused. Is that this the way you handle somebody that simply invested $415.80 in acquisitions?

Ok I requested this on Thurday 12pm and when I'm proper shipping by 1pm overnight could be Friday not Mon. Therefore today inform me what I'm lacking here??? TERRIBLE customer support - Store in the shops, not in the 800-number, they're the toughest! Or DON'T STORE at all!
