Left in disbelief...

I was so disappointed in this site that I am compelled to write a review (first time in hundreds of online orders). I put my order in and I used their formula for determining delivery time: "Delivery date = ships within time shipping" plus I padded that time with a couple days. I never got the item and called to find out what the problem was. Turns out it was on backorder and wouldn't ship for another 2 weeks (making the total delivery about a month and a half). First of all, I would like to know that an item is on backorder before ordering it so I could make the decision on my own if I wanted to wait. Secondly, I complained and the best they offered me was $4.00 off the price. That's right, four dollars. I told them I don't want to have to give them a bad review, but they're leaving me no choice... Still got nothing from them. So, it's your own decision whether or not to use this company, but I would STRONGLY recommend against it.
