You get billed when you place order not when it is shipped! Delivery takes forever!

I ordered 2 bras and a set of cookbooks on July 5th. My credit card was billed $23.68 that day. I received a confirmation email of my order. It is now July 18th and I haven't heard from them again.

There is no way to track your order. Here is what their website says about shipping:

"Please note: Shipping time is the time it takes to ship your order after processing. Processing includes receipt of order, system download, sorting, preparation of shipping label, postal manifesting, pick & pack and delivery to post office. Orders are not downloaded or prepared on weekends and statutory holidays. Please add these additional days to your expected delay time.

Order preperation time is normally 7 days (one full week) before being shipped."

(First of all, I am impatient. What takes 7 days?)

Then they hit you with this:

"Shipping time, after order preperation: 14-21 days (2 to 3 weeks), depending on the final delivery location "

(2 to 3 weeks?! What are you WALKING it to my house?)

It has been 9 business days and still no email about my package being shipped. According to their website, my items are not on backorder, and now after reading this site, I am tempted to just cancel the whole order altogether.

I hope to be able to provide a good follow-up report soon. I won't be holding my breath.

"Occasionally situations, which are beyond our control arise and extend this delay period. These include unplanned backorders, labor disruptions, natural disasters, adverse weather, and other possible unforeseen delays.

We only offer standard shipping in the USA via United States Postal Service and in Canada via Canada Post Corporation. Unfortunately, we cannot offer priority or expedited shipping. All orders are processed in the same order stream on a first come first serve basis. For information on shipping delays please see below.

Occasionally, due to unforeseen demand or other related problems, merchandise may be on backorder for a short period of time. When this is the case, a red notice is placed on the item product information page indicating the backorder situation. Some orders may sneak through before the item in question has been removed form our site.in these and other situations where backorders are expected to be lengthy, you will be notified by mail of the anticipated delivery date and will be provided with an option to cancel all or the unshipped portion of your order.

You may place an order for this merchandise if you would like, your credit card will be charged but merchandise will only be shipped when it is available at our fulfillment center. When there is a backorder, our credit card processing systems cannot process a partial charge (for only that merchandise which is available to be shipped). If you do not wish to have your card charged for backordered merchandise, do not place your order at this time. Rather, please periodically re-visit our site and inquire about the status of the particular item you are interested in.
