Qwest is deceptively attempting to convince its customers that switching to Verizon is a good thing. Verizon doesn't work at my house. Sprint works great at my house (that's why I use Qwest/Sprint wireless). How is it then that they claim Verizon has better coverage? Face it - Qwest and Verizon are dishonest. Verizon even shows five bars on its coverage map all over my region - completely false. Reality is zero to three bars.
Qwest states I can switch carriers AFTER my phone stops working? That completely sucks. That is poor customer service and down right mean. So not only will my phone stop working I also lose the ability to port my number to another carrier.
C'mon Qwest - can you show a little more respect to your customers?
