Owner is a THEIF and a LIAR. She STOLE My product, and never re-imbursed me

Dean the owner is a THIEF, and a LIAR. She has promised and promised to take care of this, and has not. She has led-me-on for FOUR years now, and I have given up hope of ever being paid by her WEASEL ASS. She did purchase the store after being manager there, and promised to take care of the companies debts.

The package was a very rare 3 foot long item that was left there by a car buddy of mine to ship to me. He paid them to PROFESSIONALLY package the product per UPS's standards, and specifically requested a PVC tube. They packaged it in a thin triangular cardboard tube, that was very flimsy.

Upon placing the claim of $600.00 to UPS they denied it because it was not packaged properly and they sent it back to the Mail Boxes and More to handle paying for it. Every UPS packaging/shipping agent GUARANTEES their work. These guy's guarantee was worth SQUAT (What Dean is worth because of her lies).

I left a message today for Dean (the "Owner") to call me back. She did and upon hearing my voice the coward hung-up. Yea you know me. You will pay me.

She can't even return my original product that was sent to her. Low Class.
