I always like Aldo sandals and flats but this time they made me really disappointed that my issue of pricing did not solved. I followed the exact instruction from one of the Representative in Canada but the price did not adjusted. Called them 5 times until they tell me that I bought the wrong colors that none of them told me earlier. Waited for my refund check for 3 weeks and did not get it. Wrote a complaint to their Customer Service without response. They should have email me to apologize or call me if there was any problem with my order but they did not until they check the status for few days. And finally I did everything for nothing.
