I want you to know that I am extremely disappointed with Aldo's website and customer service.
I stopped ordering from Aldo's website years ago because every time I would place an order, I would get a cancellation notice the next day because the item was not in stock. It was ridiculous for this to happen each time. How am I supposed to order from your site if it%u2019s always wrong about what you have in stock?
Well, I gave Aldo another chance yesterday because of a sale I saw online and went ahead and ordered some shoes. This morning I got another email to my surprise saying that the shoes are not I stock, yet when I go online it shows they are available for purchase again. I called Aldo's customer service department and she explained that the website is just not updated? Years later you are still having this problem on your website? How do you expect anyone to order product from you??? I was not happy about her attitude either and she also didn%u2019t apologize for the error.
I will not be ordering from Also ever again and will be sure to tell everyone I know not to order from your site also. They will bill your CC and then cancel your order the next day! Make sure you get your credit back!
