Outright fraud... Stole $20 for a Christmas gift! Never answers e-mail or phone calls. Should NOT be selling on ebay!

After I purchased a football leisure shirt as a Christmas gift for my brother, this con artist waited for forever and a day to send it. Upon finally receiving the item, it was too big for the person. Sent it back immediately, unlike the seller but have yet to receive any e-mails, letters, money back, phone calls or the item itself.

I did in fact send the item back because the seller stated that they had sold out of them. Miraculously after they received the item back from me in order to exchange for a smaller size, it was posted on their sight again under a different number.

To add insult to injury, months ago I'd attempted to sell a hutch we no longer needed. I thought that ebay had my information in order to pay for the posting fees. Regardless of whether I sold the item or not the seller must pay the seller fees. Understood, and when they didn't pay the fees with my payment info, they booted me off. The fee in dispute - one dollar and nine cents! I've since contacted ebay and paid the fee.

I realize we're not talking about a lot of money in this case - about $24. The fact remains that the reason why the wrong size was purchased to begin with is because prior to buying the garment I sent the seller numerous e-mails to learn the sizes of the shirts. Not one time did the seller respond. I gambled on the size but was wrong.

Furthermore, the person has this long list of why he/she doesn't want e-mails galore or phone calls asking about arrival times or other questions on their ebay storefront. They're also irritated at the negative feedback that they've been receiving. Well why don't we turn the tables on this louse and see how they would like it if money was demanded upfront from the manufacturer of the garments - money they didn't have, but neglected to send the items for which they paid that hard earned money.in these hard economic times, if I was the manufacturer, I could bet my next paycheck that my phone would be ringing with an irate person on the other end.

I'm currently unemployed, so $24 is like $240! And how does a buyer have faith in Paypal who is supposed to protect them when they open up a claim and quickly close it without questioning the seller who is swimming in negative feedback because they've probably been getting away with this for quite some time now?
