Their RMA process is HORRIBLE, it's NOT automatic which means you need to watch for an individual to deliver you a contact by having an RMA number and directions on where you can deliver the return. You have to return products within 25 times of the vessel day, it got me 4 times simply to get an RMA number.
They might require one to provide a sequential number for delivered items, for me personally this recommended needing to start the container to obtain the amount off the motherboard. These men would be the only people I Have encounter that need a serial number.
Along with all of this, their customer care team is rude. I'd NOT buy from their website again.
