As stated, I have filed requests on Direct TV forms two times for RV service. As long as I stay within my "home area" I can receive national channels, i.e. Abcx, CBS, NBC. I explained when I got the service that it was in an RV. They charge me for the service that they refuse to give me.
I did not get any free equipment when I signed up. They tell me that since I bought their card and have their service, I have a 2 year contract.
This is the biggest fraud on the market. Who do you get help from? They hide behind their customer service address.
