I was told when I bought my whirlpool range I would receive a rebate from them for the $69 delivery charge. I sent everything in to the rebate company I was supposed to. Checked my rebate status and was told my receipt was invalid. Called the company and was told to resubmitt everything again. Which I did. I then called HHGregg to tell thm the rebate company was playing fast and fancy free because I did all that was required and was being told I did not. They siad they had nothing to do with the rebate and that was between me and the rebate company. I told them they really needed to be responsible for this and they disagreed, oh wellI tried to contact the rebate company on line but was only give the runaround and when I call their company on the phone I got a woman in India who basically said just resubmit, which I did a month ago. Oh well let's see. Anybody else having a problem with the rebate company The addresses for them are just PO boxes the first in El Passo and the second and resubmitting is in Miami. Any thoughts!
