They advertise on KCBS 740 A. M Radio, San Francisco Bay Area as experts in this field and state they have been successful at loan modifications resolution with the lenders.
After several emails and insisting on a personal phone call, I got a call from Frank Sullivan stating that they negotiated all they could and felt they were reluctant to further proceed with any type of negotiations, or assistance, if any. My solution was to pay the default or foreclose.
The Client Agreements states Full Refund policy if they are unable to obtain loan modification on client's behalf. Good luck on getting a refund.
Do not pay with check - use credit card which may offer a better chance of getting a refund through the fraud unit. Report these scammers to all the consumer assistance agencies and BBB.
