FLM Law Center, LLC did not return phone calls messeges to updated me as the status of my loan modification. I called many times and requested to speak with an account representive from there center and had no responses.
I was contacted by FLM Law Center, LLC in which I dod not know how they got my phone to reach, during the intial agreement when I was told by FLM Law Center, LLC if my loan modification did not go though I would recieve a full refund. Will my loan modification did not go though and I have requested to FLM Law Center, LLC by leaving messeges and by e-mail for my refund I have not recieved a dime. I have not recieved call backs and or letters, e-mials, regrading my requestes as to the status of my refund. I faxed, e-mailed, and lift messeges to update FLM Law Center, LLC with inforamtion and requested FLM Law Center, LLC to contact the nessary party (s) regarding my loan modification and please updated keep me updated and I was not properly updated or not updated at all by FLM Law Center, LLC. When I was frist contacted by FLM Law Center, LLC personal representives they said I needed to pay about 2,000 and some dollers to them for there services. I declined, I told them I could not afford that kind of money and we hung up the phone conversation. Minutes later FLM Law Center, LLC personal representive called me back and said they had a special offer but I needed take take advantege of right than for the offer to be good; FLM Law Center, LLC personal representive went over the offer of $900.00 and some dollers which would require payment right then of 500.00 and some dollers visa or credit card and I was told if the loan modification did not go though I would recieve a full refund. I made the payment right then with them and FLM Law Center, LLC personal representives requested alot of personal information from me as will. I have copies of the requested information that was sent to FLM Law Center, LLC. This is a sad thing I trusted in them becouse they said they where law center which would act in my best intest and I was told if the loan modification did not go though I would recieve a full refund.
