I'm so upset with AllHeart! I requested a gift certificate to get a member of the family on 12/7/08 like a Holiday present. I had been to own obtained a duplicate of the certification within an email AND by snail-mail. I never obtained the e-mail or notice although I did so get verification of the purchase and also the reduction from my banking account. I named on 12/20/08 to express I'd never gotten something, or did the receiver, plus they guaranteed to email it the next business-day. It is today 12/29/08, and that I had no present on Holiday for my child, or have I acquired the issue solved yet. I highly recommend NEVER UTILIZING ALLHEART to create your uniforms buy. They've dropped 3 clients consequently of the issue.
