AllHeart - Allheart.com Ripoff failure to fulfill order negligent customer service

On June 20th I placed an order for 4 sets of scrubs with http://www.allheart.com. On June 26th, received an e-mail from Steve Vaca from AllHeart.com informing that my order had been forwarded to the warehouse for shipping, and that none of the products I've ordered on on back-order.

AllHeart.com brags about customer service, and their urge to ship all packages within forty-eight hours. Fourteen business days later, I've still not received my scrubs, an e-mail with a tracking number, or a response to any of my e-mails.

My partner, with whom I live, ordered scrubs about five days ago — today, his scurbs arrived in the mail — still, I have no tracking number, no scrubs, and no response.

I've recommended this company to co-workers based upon a prior experience — but I'll definitely be sure to drag their name through the mud until they remedy this situation.
