I returned a purchase to Allheart and have my signature confirmation from USPS. They signed for the return on August 18th and state they have not gotten it. I've written to them twice and they want the order # but that was included in the return per their instructions. When calling customer service they put me on hold for 46 mins. Then disconnected my call, they have done this more than once. When ckgn with Better Business Bus. Bur. I find they have multiple unresolved issues for this same reason. Someone must put them in ck. This is a scam if I've ever seen one.
