On 10/31/08 we submitted an order to AAA Line of Niagra Fall, NY for 500 imprinted jar openers that were supposed to ship in 7-10 work days. Then on 11/12/08 they requested a check for $264.00 because they do not accept credit cards.
We sent the check that day and faxed a copy of the check per their own instructions to get the order moving. After 10 days and no product we called and got an answering machine so we left a message... No return call. Several more days went by and we e-mailed... No return email.
We called and asked for order entry and Ahh Hahh a human answers we are put on hold then told the order would ship that Friday and then B.S. And more B.S. To date 01/21/09 we have not received any product from this company.
This company has been less than helpful in fact they have been very rude, they have our money and we have little recourse in getting the money back.
Before you have any dealings with AAA Line or AAA Manufacturing, 1623 Military Road #643, Niagra Falls, NY 14304 or www.aaalineworld.net be very careful as these people are not a good company. We have used 100's of other companies and never had this type of experience before.
After checking further we find this company has a history of ripping people off, so be careful... Do not buy anything from these crooks!!!
