I spent 6 months trying to get out of a contract with these people. Prior to the request to cancel there were multiple occasions where an alarm went off yet NO NOTIFICATION WAS RECEIVED!
I started the cancellation process after moving our equipment from one location to another and engaging a researched, reputable company. THEY NEVER EVEN NOTIFIED ME THAT THEY WERE NO LONGER RECEIVING SIGNALS BUT HAD NO PROBLEM CONTINUING TO BILL!!!
Every month that I received another statement, I contacted them regarding my paperwork to cancel the contract. For FIVE MONTHS they "didn't receive it".
This company in no way, shape or form has their act together.
DO NOT PUT YOUR INVESTMENTS AT RISK BY USING THIS COMPANY!!!
I wish I had used complaint before getting involved with this company.
