My complaint is about when they sell me this alarm Denise Morales explained me that the alarm was for 24 month and i can cancel it anytime i want. I, Maria Silva, dont speak English and Denise Morales explain me everything in Spanish everything was right until in September i called to cancel it because my income lowered and i decided to cancel the alarm but when i called they told me i can't cancel the alarm because my contract was for 60 months and if i don' t pay they will send me to a Collect Company. I am mad because thats not what Denise Morales explained me when i did the contract with her and the only thing i want is to cancel the alarm and not to pay the alarm no more and not to send me to a Collect Company.
