Clement Deepak surrendered in front of the court regards to Crime number 578/08 while Sareesh VN is still on the run.
On complaint lodged by Colonel (Retd) Govind V Rajulu, a case was registered (Crime number 578/08) under Sections 408,381 of IPC and sections 63 (A) of Copyright Act on December 18th.inspector Nagaraj, Sub-inspector Tabrez and Crime detective Ramakrsihnappa led this investigation team. Madhu was nabbed from Banashankari last month and Clement has been absconding since then.
In February Span Outsourcing terminated Madhu Sudan B K in relation to aiding and abetting theft with another ex-employee Sareesh V N, along with selling stolen data in copyright violation via spam sites like AcquireLists.com, Authenticlists.com and Leadsmarketer.com. They were later found involved with spreading spam in the existing company network and defacing websites. A seperate lawsuit regards to this has been filed by ALMT Legal which has serious repercussions.
"Sareesh VN and others had been stealing data, leads, client details and enticing employees to aid and abet illegal operations for over a year now and we have all the evidence now to arrest this Cybertheft. As Intellectual Property laws and the IT Act need substantial proof we had to get the needed online and offline documentation to bring this in front of justice. We have over 20 different documents and affidavits with details and we are positive now that it will result in abatement of crime going forward" Mr. Govind Rajulu said.

Chethan from Rugan and Arya Law firm that was involved with the earlier case involving Madhu Sudhan B K and Clement Deepak Financial Fraud case has identified that a new defamation lawsuit has been brought up by the Directors against Sareesh VN and others for involvement in Defaming, Cybercrime and illegal web postings now being tracked via IP addresses".
"Beware of these Fraudsters and dirty tricks they could be using to commit fraud posting crap and stealing from deserving companies and their staff. The new internet laws makes these a culpable non bailable offense and a bail will not be granted to those who are tracked and involved" He said.
