I just saw my friend Madhu with her daughter at the local post office. She told me that she took the Sunrise bus last evening to Mohegan Sun. She said that the bus host susan gave her a difficult time because she used a bus voucher and finally let her on the bus but made her go to the rear of the bus. Madhu said Susan the host let all the Asians sit up front and not one of them had a bus ticket, it was a bus voucher. Madhu said that Susan refused to allow her to sit up front despite she is an older woman and explained that she had a heart condition and needed an accommodation. Madhu said that after her argumentation with the host ended, she began to feel pains in her heart. She feels ripped off because the host demanded a @2.00 tip when the tip is not supposed to be mandatory. Can she file a consumer protection complaint with the Mass Attorney General even though she used a bus voucher instead of buying a ticket with cash?
