Stole money out of my checking account TWICE!

I see I'm not the only one that got to fight with the infamous "Chuck". They debited money from my debit card the first time, after cashing my check I sent. I fought with Chuck for three weeks. He kept telling me every two days that I called I put it back. Then it was I mailed you a check I put it in the mail today, to I will send another one by overnight right now. I got tired of it and went to my bank and they proceeded to collect it for me. I got it two days later. Hum, wonder where all those checks he said he mailed went too? About a year later this month actually, they took out the $100. I allow them to every month and they took out $388.75 the same day. I called and asked what they did that for and of course I got Chuck again. He told me to send him proof from the bank and he would give me the money back. Heck no!!! I went to the bank today and put a stop on the check and closed out my account. I am sick and tired of this! Every time they do it is gives me insufficent funds cost and all. I hope something is done I filed through the BBB today but it sounds like it does no good when I found this site. I want to take them to court so bad, my debt is almost paid but I see they do this to everyone. Someone there at accounts management is getting rich off us.
