Midland Mortgage needs to be SHUT DOWN. They raised my monthly mortgage payment in November. No big deal, as long as they can provide an educated explanation. I started making the calls in November and still have not gotten an answer and it's almost February. At one point, when I got through on the phone after 30 minutes on hold, I was told that my property taxes went up and that is why they raised my payment - but my property taxes went down.
Since November, I have been on hold for hours, transferred around and today I was hung up on by Connie-the "supervisor"-probably the rudest CSR I have ever dealt with. Someone should really do something about this company. It is a disgrace. I'm sure that Midland Mortgage will NOT be around forever. Companies that are run like this never make it. I only hope to help expedite the process of putting them in the ground.
