Our original mortgage company sold us out to Midland Mortgage Company in 2002.By the end of 2002 we had to file Chapter 13 because Midland Mortgage Company started foreclosure.in November they camed payments were not made and started foreclosure again. We had them this time, because all payments were made electronically through our bank with yards of back up paper trails that proved our case, though we didn't have to go to court.
Then once again they have tried the same thing on November saying January payment was not made and they even sent back our October payment but kept November & December. We hired a darn good attorney (ex-prossecutor) and are going after Midland Mortgage for harrassment and fraud. Anyone interested in joining this lawsuit contact us by replying to this notice.
