On 12/12 I mailed an insurance check to be endorsed by Midland. Per the instructions on their webpage I included a sworn statement of intent, proof of insurance and the license number of the contractor. I have proof of delivery to Midland on 12/15 but I was told that it was not received until 12/18 when I contacted Midland of 12/19. I was told at that time that they needed a frmomal estimate for the insurance company whcih I immediately faxed to them but was told on 12/29 that it was not received until 12/20 and I would receive a check in 5 to 7 business days. When I did not receive the check by 1/6 I again contacted Midland on 1/7 (was on hold for 10 minutes) and was told "we are running behind and your check should be mailed this week". When I agreed to take a survey and indicated that I was not satisfied with them I was asked to hold to "talk with specialist" and I hung up after waiting on hold for over 10 minutes.
