They delivered a faulty battery without any protective packaging. Couldn't choose a substitute within 14 days, after which terminated the purchase. They did credit my take into account the battery and what it cost to deliver it back again to them, but WouldN't take a return / or provide credit on the Leather Cell Phone Situation which may unfit my telephone. I'll never conduct business together again!
