On January 26 of I purchased a notebook battery from "laptopz-store" through eBay.in fourteen days, the battery went negative. He'd me undergo a silly battery-test that required another fourteen days before he'd provide mean RMA number. Following this check, that we am confident was just made to take some time and chain me along, I delivered the battery back. After another wait of five times wherever he explained the battery hadn't delivered, he ultimately accepted the battery had appeared after showing it to him through USPS documents. Then he stated that the battery needed to be delivered back towards the manufacturer to become "fixed." He'd not be particular about just how long that will consider, stating just that it'd take time and was "challenging" to "fix." In reaction to my numerous emails, he explained that repeatedly within the subsequent weeks. After another couple weeks of waiting, I questioned why he couldn't deliver another battery and re stock the "fixed" one. He explained he couldn't do this, but when I needed to pay for one more $15, he'd deliver me a brand new battery. I mentioned I'd watch for the fixed battery. Additional time approved and he explained the battery was certainly examined poor and he'd deliver it in my experience when it had been "fixed." I waited even more. Today, we were away from 45 times that I'd to protest to eBay. Then he stated the battery was fixed and that I had a need to deliver him $12 for delivery. I told him which was absurd also it was his responsibility to obtain me a great battery at his cost, which I'd previously taken care of a battery and delivery. He declined. Then he blocked me like a customer and so I couldn't return into eBay, purchase another thing from him after which provide him a poor evaluation. He currently ignores all emails from me. He's my cash and that I don't have any battery. EBay won't help.
