I've ordered a battery for my VTech cordless telephone so when I requested, I've examined the product number currently. Nevertheless, the battery which was delivered to me did not match to my telephone. I delivered them a contact regarding just how to trade it, and they stated they will return it easily may deliver it back again to them (that I have to spend the delivery cost). Subsequently, I responded for them that used to donot wish to return it, but trade it. Next, no further e-mail from EMTC is delivered to me anymore! Today, the incorrect battery is resting on my table, for no objective.
