Same company and same old scamme

Last year I was contacted by a Jay Benard and offerred to sell my Grandview timeshare for 30K. I thought the price was off but he said they had approved 2 famlies for financing and that the offer would be given within a week. This Jay Benard said that we had to front 1200.00 for the title transfer and guest passes for the new buyer. I unfortunately agreed to put it on my credit card and it was one of the worst decisions I have ever made.

A couple months later after there was no offer and no buyer I charged back my credit card just like everone who signs up with Universal should do. I was recently call by Nationwide Marketing and they said they will have an offer for my property, very skeptical obviously I said I wanted to look up their company and details. I found out that the company has been in business for 4 months barely and that they are part of Universal Marketing Solutions.

Nationwide's website is exactly the same, the verbage and wording is spot on and they both used the same website company. Also Nationwide is right down the block from Universal's branch office in Lake Worth, I was given all this information from a former and disgruntled employee who is actually doing his best to help people that have been scammed by Universal and now Nationwide Marketing Solutions.
