I've had T-mobile for years and have always had problems with their phones and signal. I couldn't even walk to the back of a grocery store without dropping. My girlfriend also has t-mobile. Her phone would constantly say "searching."
Anyway, to make a long story short, we went to. This was about two weeks ago and let me just say we are both very happy. I have so much more signal than ever before and no drops yet. They're coverage is limited to the town I live in however, it's the best coverage I've ever had.
I haven't had to deal with their customer service yet so we'll have to see how that goes.in the meantime I have to highly recommend.
