Several months ago a man approached me at the front door as a relative was leaving my house. He was dressed in a suit. Said he was in town selling magazines for a company that was helping him straighten out his life. Was very polite and convincing. Prayed with me after I made the magazine purchase of 22 issues of Outdoor photography. I thought the magazine was $38 but it was really $46 and I had already written the check so I gave the man $8 cash. He gave me a receipt. Signed his name as T. Jackson.
I thought it might have been a scam. Realized last week that I had never received my magazine. There is no date on the receipt so I'm not sure of the exact order date but think it was either the end of August or first of Sept. Called the number on the receipt and the recorded voice told me I had to contact the company by FAX. I sent a FAX on January 5 and have not heard back from them.
Today I decided to google the company and found another complaint on them.
