On July 25, I had a younger male come door to door selling magazine subscriptions. I chose to subscribe and prepaid a total of $44.00 for a subscription to Nick Fun Puzzles. He gave me a receipt, which I still have, and told me to put it on my front door to let the others with him know that I already purchased a subscription, so they wouldn't ask again.
After he left, I told my sons about them, which they were not thrilled with. So I canceled it immediately sent in the cancellation because the people selling them were nowhere to be found.
It has been quite sometime now, and still have yet to receive a refund or an acknowledgment that one will be sent. Nor have we received any magazines.
I would appreciate any help you could give me. Thank You.
