I ordered 2 items from Julia's Bra shop in August 2009, before I had read these reviews, and was worried that I'd get ripped off again. (I was previously a victim of another internet scam company from North Carolina!).
Fortunately, I have good news to report. Maybe Julia's Bra Shop has learned from the negative comments here, that customer service is very important because they not only replied to my email, within due course, they even sent an email when the items were shipped. The package arrived successfully within the 12 days they cite on their website.
I'm not comfortable ordering from them again. I'll go with a more established web company. Good luck to everyone else whose orders/refunds are pending.
