I was sold a whirlpool range and my report is listed here. This is the sequel.
It was in fact delivered on the following week, so the wait was not as long as I expected, I will however not buy anything there again. Just found them to be unresponsive and disinterested in the situation they created by not having an item in stock. If they had been upfront about the fact it was going to be a two week wait I would have been fine with that and would certinly not have sold the old range. Water over the dam, new one was delivered this morning and delivered on time. I pray there are no problems with it because I expect there would not be any satisfaction with the response from the store.
Too bad a business with so many products and such good prices could be such a pain to deal with. After talking to so many others I found out I was not the only one shafted by them and some of the horror stories I heard made me think I was going to have to wait several months for my stove or just ask for a refund.in my serch for a store manager, to talk to me I have come to the conclusion that like Santa Clause he (or she) is not in existance.
