I too have been ripped off by KlearGear.com.
I placed an order in November for some Christmas gifts for my office staff and never received them. I have also placed several calls to them and left several messages for them to return my call. No response has ever been received.
I have also sent at least four separate e-mails without a response.
Their website still has the message to customers requesting to check the status of their orders that they are in the process of moving their warehouse and responses may be delayed.
I will be contacting my credit card company today to dispute the charge and hope that I can get the charge removed from my account. I will not be doing business with this company again.
Doing business this way gives them a 100% profit margin and they should remove the words "Customer Service" from their website. They don't have any!
