I palced and oredr with Kleargear on December 10. I place 2 seperate orders fro over $120.
I received both e-mail confirmations that indicated, how much I payed and that I should expect to receive the products in 5-10 days.
After 2 weeks I started to get suspicious so I went to their website and typed in my order confirmation numbers, and both cam up as non-existant.
They do not answer their Customer Service phone, you have to leave a voice mail message and they indicate that someonw ill get back to you.
I sent several e-mails that also say that my inquiry ahs been assigned to a CSR and someone will repsond with 48 hours. I have now sent 3 over a 2 week period.
I don know what else I can do.
