Ordered Christmas presents in the middle of December, rush shipping to make sure they got here early. I received an order confirmation and the company charged my card, but I never received a shipping confirmation or the items.
The website claims that their warehouse is being moved, therefore customers may need to e-mail [email protected] to check on shipment status. I e-mailed and called multiple times and still have not received a response, refund, or the items.
