I see other contractors have the same problem.

Contractors pay alot of money for these bogus leads, they say only 3 contractors get the same lead, thats a lie i have had my customers tell me they had 5 or 6 companies call on one lead.

I get charged about $30 for leads, and about $50 for "exact match leads" the exact match means only you received the information. I called an "exact match" roughly two hours after i recieved it only to be told they just booked with another contractor from service magic??? I called S.M. To ask why i am charged more for the Exact match that wasnt and they said people can pick more than one exact match.

Dosent that defeat the purpose???

Also i have canceled S.M. 3 times only to one day start being charged once again, i had to close the bank account they bill to escape these idiots.
