You can expect that over 60% of their leads will be bogus. People don't return repeated phone or e-mail attempts to reach lead. Leads who say they are not interested after they supposedly signed for a free quote. An additional 10% to 15% of their leads only want info over the phone. Of the remaining 25% you can expect to receive less than 10% for actual work! It wound up costing me over $500.00 to receive a $1,100.00 job, and I didln't have the five hundred figured in for overhead because if you did that first you wouldn't get the job, and you don't know that's the exact overhead until it's too late. It's been reported through customers that they give out their infor to more contractors than they say they will. They regurgitate old leads as if they were new ones. Their only interested in their bottom line not the success of their contractors.
